About FAD Wheels

A leading producer of steel wheels for the European agricultural, construction and material handling industry .  

FAD (Fabrica Assali Dischi) is founded in 1950 by local Italian business family. 

In 1997 GKN joins the Group with a share of 37%.  

In 2000 GKN completes the acquisition and introduces the new company name GKN FAD. 

In 2019 Quantum Capital Partners acquires GKN FAD, and introduces the new company name FAD Wheels.  

Nowadays FAD Wheels supplies Europe's leading original equipment manufacturers, along with tires and wheels distributors in the European aftermarket.
